2. Pricing

  • Jarvis Unlimited: $29/month
  • Full Platform: $49/month
  • Annual: $499/year
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing

All fees are charged in advance. Cancel anytime through your billing portal.

3. Your Data & Privacy

You own your data. We use it only to provide the Service. We implement industry-standard security measures and comply with HIPAA requirements when handling Protected Health Information (PHI). See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. What You Can't Do

  • Reverse engineer or copy our software
  • Share your account with others
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Rely solely on AI output for critical medical decisions without human oversight
  • Attempt to manipulate or conduct adversarial attacks against the AI systems, including prompt injection or bypassing safeguards
  • Transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide the Service "as is" without guarantees. We're not liable for service interruptions or data loss.

6. Liability Limits

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages. This is critical in healthcare: you remain responsible for all clinical decisions.

7. Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.

9. Disputes

Governed by Ohio law. Disputes resolved in Ohio courts.
